Users are solely responsible for the content of their campaigns, advertisements, links, and claims. Users must ensure their materials are truthful, lawful, and compliant with all applicable requirements.

5. Unsubscribe and Opt-Out Requirements

Users must honor unsubscribe requests and opt-out requirements where applicable. Campaigns must not attempt to hide, ignore, or bypass recipient preferences or platform controls.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to review campaigns, advertisements, links, and account activity to maintain platform integrity and compliance.

Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if we determine that a user has violated this policy, applicable law, or platform standards.

7. No Guarantee of Delivery or Results

SafelistMailer provides software tools for campaign management and advertising activity. We do not guarantee inbox placement, delivery rates, traffic, leads, conversions, earnings, or campaign performance.
